OUR SERVICES

Fresh Start Living provides group home and residential support services for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnosis through the community Pathways waiver program. Our core values dictate that service providers reflect themselves living in the same homes provided for individuals with disabilities, where they would desire to live themselves. Our homes are approved through the federal Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and the state of Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) guidelines in order to meet the standard of community living for the individuals we support. The individuals we support enjoy integrated community living and everyday life through adult residential services, behavior support, and skills transference to improve independent living .

Adult Residential Services

We provide residential care to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnosis through the Community Pathways waiver Program. Our homes are licensed through the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration ( DDA) guidelines .

Behavior Support

We provide individualized and strength-based support to our individuals to help them live a normal life in order to succeed. Our licensed behavior clinicians conduct functional assessments and develop behavior support plans for effective treatment support and implementation.

Individuals with developmental disabilities or dual diagnosis need new skills to improve their functions. At Fresh Start Living, we provide positive behavior support by teaching new skills to increase independence.
